When we have demanding jobs, family or just life it can very difficult to rest or even relax. Working as a case manager and helping my clients to achieve their goals and dreams; after work I come home to clean, cook or even spend time with both my child and husband. I have found myself extremely tired and unable to fall a sleep. At times I feel stressed out and overwhelmed.
To overcome stress or even depression I had to learn to “rest” and relax”
Here are some ways to rest/relax:
Sleep-in and do not feel guilty! 🙂
Pamper yourself as if you are at the spa
Nails, Facials, Pedicure or anything else!
Write, Read, or Watch a funny comedy.
Lastly, think positive thoughts that will always make you smile. 🙂
